Norman Wilson has over 35 years’ experience in manufacturing supply businesses, 30 years of which were in the fast moving consumer goods sector with substantial involvement with retail logistics operations.
With 10 years engineering design and project management, 10 years IT development and 10 years supply chain management, 15 years in buying as well as production management and product research, Norman brings to supply chain design a rare combination of know-how and experience.
The vast majority of this experience has been in a rapid-change environment and in a position of an agent for change - developing strategic supply chain solutions, managing major business-change projects and managing supply chain operations through change.

Jo Godsmark
Jo Godsmark is a supply chain and procurement professional with 17 years UK & European experience in manufacturing and supply industries, in start-up scenarios as well as within mature supply chains.
In addition to technical and business understanding, Jo brings considerable problem solving skills to any team as well as a love for a challenge! She has a proven track record of identifying improvements to supply chains and business processes as well as of implementing them. She also has considerable experience of purchasing logistics services, including leading tenders and major negotiations and implementing solutions.
Coaching those she is working with into becoming self-sufficient is something Jo is very passionate about and has put into practice in a wide variety of situations.
