Process Design

Because SCD specialise in logistics integration our hub already exchanges most required logistics messages and we have template messages available as well as solutions for a range of supplier capability. This means that the vast majority of the messages you will want to exchange can be set up quickly and with minimum input from your side.

However there are occasions, such as a new collaboration, a complete integration and automation of a complex set of processes, or just something we have not come across before, where business process design (the mapping and design of the processes you want to follow) needs to come before the implementation of any messaging. With our experience and background in logistics and supply chain design SCD can support you through this stage of your project.
